Foreign Military Sale (FMS) Project Lead
Details: Bowhead is looking for an experienced Foreign Military Sale (FMS) Project Lead to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD supporting the US Army CECOM Software Engineering Center (SEC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Directorate. This key program position will support leading and developing research and development efforts initiatives supporting the capability requirements of Army Reprogramming Analysis Team Program Office (ARAT-PO) related to its CECOM & AMCOM SAMD Foreign Military Sales PPSS efforts. The FMS Project Lead position initiatives include, but are not limited to, yearly development of requirements, schedules, and prioritization of technical efforts being executed, as well as providing lead organic technical oversight of several mission critical development efforts that bring force protection capabilities to FMS partners valued at $1 to $1.5 million dollars per year. The Project Lead will also assist in building an improved FMS support capability within the SEC ISR ARAT Program Office, so that infrastructure can support an additional $4 to $6 million dollars of reimbursable support downstream.
