Reports to: Payment Compliance DirectorSupervises: Team Lead(s) and Discrepancy Analysis• Assist in Medicare and Medicaid audits.• Assist in gathering and preparation of Medicare rate analysis.• Manage staff onsite and remotely.• Performs Contract Modeling accuracy and payment discrepancy analysis.• Provides reimbursement reporting and analysis.• Provides supervision and on-the-job training to staff.• Screen, Interview, and Coordinate training for new hire employees.• Ensures Medicare bad debt support files are accurate and prepared in accordance with CMS, SOX, and company policies.• Resolves patient account and general accounting problems as they arise.• Coordinates various special projects, budgets time and expenses, monitors performance and quality of employees, and reviews Medicare & Medicaid month end support files.• Manage the Recovery Audit Contractor process.
