This position will report directly to the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and is responsible for supporting DigitalGlobe’s Personnel Security as well as Visitor Control activities.Duties & Responsibilities• Assists FSO for the oversight and management of all security clearance administration and processes• Initiate eQIP and periodic background investigations in a timely manner• Maintain accuracy of security profiles in JPAS; appropriately establish owning and servicing relationships• Audit PSMNet within JPAS on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and timely maintenance on all security profiles• Track RRUs, adverse reporting, complete and submit fingerprinting as necessary• In-process new hires that require a security clearance and conduct initial security briefings• Process incoming and outgoing; domestic and foreign visit requests as necessary• Update eFCL as necessary• Maintain consultant agreements• Maintain a listing of DD Form 254s and be able to interpret security guidance provided therein• Create reports and maintain documents to accurately track candidates through the security process from initial clearance submission until granted final access• Create and issue picture badges to indicate access permissions• Assist Courtesy Officers, as necessary, with processing access to the facilityRequired SkillsThe qualified candidate will have a strong knowledge of the NISPOM and a solid working knowledge of JPAS. Understanding eFCL will also be necessary to be successful in this position. The qualified candidate will be proficient in the use of Window-based PC systems. The candidate should possess the interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of individuals. A basic knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and operations, particularly in the areas of security, is important. The position requires a person who is able to work under pressure, multi-task, and interface in a positive manner with all levels of personnel and management.U.S. citizenship is required.
