ACC/A8Y UAS & High-Altitude ISR Sensor Support Subject Matter Ex

Details: Job Responsibilities:Air Combat Command (ACC)/A8Y requires an Sensor Support Subject Matter Expert (SME). Candidates must be familiar and able to accomplish the following tasks in support of Sensor Support: a. Provide support in ISR sensor use and development with electro-optical, infrared and synthetics aperture radar technologies and capabilities.b. Assist in measurement and signatures intelligence data flow in ground station systems for certification and accreditation processes for new ISR systems.c. Connect to multi-service ground stations and Air & Space Operations Center (AOC) locations for both Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) data. Required Education:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/USAF experience. Required Work Experience:5-8 years' experience in UAS/ISR programs at Headquarters Air Force (HAF)/A8 or ACC/A8 Staff required. Sample experience requirements follow:? Decomposing operational requirements into technical requirements and specifications; assist developers in cost and performance trade-off analysis to support system design decisions; provide education to developers on analytical basis of requirements, relevant guidance, architectures, interoperability, and issues requiring additional analysis.? Preparation of programming inputs to include: POM, Budget Estimate Submission, President's Budget, impact assessments, and system acquisition plans.? Provide support in the development of long-range plans, roadmaps, mission area plans, and other formal and informal planning documents. Provide technical and feasibility analysis and provide support for planning, development, integration, testing, and fielding of future payloads for systems as required by ACC/A8Y.? Assist in requirements development and modernization of airborne ISR aircraft and ground station communications systems to include radios, radars, satellites, and information networks. They will also assist management in all aspects of Joint interoperability and spectrum compliance required to operate Global Hawk with other systems. Provide technical and feasibility analysis as required in site surveys to build communications architecture for system worldwide bed down. Provide assistance on worldwide SATCOM Demand Assigned Multiple Access (DAMA) communications satellite usage.? Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications mandatory?Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project. Other Desirable Requirements:Candidates must possess an active Top Secret clearance and be eligible for SCI prior to contract award.
