We offer a full range of program management; planning, design and engineering; systems engineering and technical assistance; construction and construction management; operations and maintenance; and decommissioning and closure services.URS is seeking a Systems Analyst to conduct analyses of the Combat Training Center (CTC) Instrument System, Live Fire Training, and Urban Operations. The candidate will use a multi-step process from systems investigation, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance to bring new or changed systems on-line and integrate CTC analyses with ACOM initiatives.Essential Responsibilities:1. Develop Operational Need Statements (ONS), Joint Capabilities Integrated Development Systems (JCIDS).2. Coordinate In-Progress Reviews (IPR), conduct briefings, identify Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE).3. Conduct Front-End Analysis (FEA), develop Courses of Action (COAs).4. Conduct System Analyses, Job Analyses and develop Supportability Plans.5.Perform customer requirement analysis for existing or proposed systems to determine feasibility and objectives of requests.6.Design or modify system and prepares reports, schedules, data requirements, security access rules and system constraints.7.Install system and train customer to use new or changed applications.8.Study existing information systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems where appropriate.9.Direct on-site customer interface for program guidance, testing, systems analysis, and other system related tasks as needed.10.Prepare detailed documented requirements for selected activities (i.e., data management, configuration management, program management, etc.)11.May provide administrative support to project management staff in customer meetings, presentations and briefings.12.Maintain and establish a filing system for correspondence, project status report, and other technical documentation for tracking and inventory control.13.Comply with hardware and software systems standards and procedures.14.May provide informal training in implementing software programs based on user requirements.15.Assist in the preparation and production of technical reports, progress reports, data requirements and system constraints for technical presentations, meetings and customer briefings.16.Provide support in the development of technical proposal and provide input on the technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work.17.
