Details: ConStrat is currently considering candidates for a proposal management position supporting corporate business development initiatives. ConStrat is a Washington, DC-based organization that specializes in strategic communications and knowledge management. We assist government agencies, commercial entities, non-profits and non-governmental organizations develop and implement their communication strategies. We employ an array of interactive communications tools and techniques to assess and engage with diverse audiences around the world. Description: The Proposal Manager will have the responsibility of coordinating all phases of ConStrat’s proposal process in response to U.S. government and commercial requests for proposals (RFPs). The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling and managing all aspects of our competitive proposal process to include: Leading large proposal teams through a structured process in a time-pressured environment. Conducting pre-RFP activities to include reviewing RFP to understand proposal deliverables and requirements, hosting kickoff meetings, developing schedules, organizing resources, reviews and RFP compliance. Identifying proposal team roles and responsibilities, managing theming and storyboarding processes and all review cycles. Developing and distributing appropriate proposal related documentation to include compliance matrices, style guides, outlines, schedules, writing guidance and kickoff presentations. Coordinating proposal efforts with the technical team, operations department, capture, contractors, subcontractors, accounting and human resources. May author appropriate proposal sections and assist graphics department is designing graphic concepts. Ensuring proposals are in accordance with FAR and DFAR. Establishing and maintaining communication among geographically distributed proposal team, including subcontractors, using collaborative tools such as SharePoint. Reviewing proposal content for compliance and cohesiveness while projecting ConStrat’s win strategy and ghosting the competition.
