Sales Operation Specialist, Government & Maritime

Details: Responsible for facilitating weekly pipeline review meetings with the Government sales team and presenting the weekly pipeline dashboards. Function as a quasi-inside sales rep to qualify leads (from the HCC website or phone inquiries from potential customers) for select products. Create and manage Siebel opportunity records for new leads from the HCC website and customer phone calls. Coordinate with the HCC Government Contracts and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure that new orders are processed and contracts are properly set up in Cost Point/PeopleSoft. Serve as the subject matter expert for Siebel for the HCC Government team Assist with various aspects of future Siebel development phases including gathering requirements, defining functionality, participating in user acceptance testing, and providing user training. Assist the Government Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, sales account executives, sales managers, and business intelligence analysts with exporting Siebel data and creating ad hoc reports. Assist the commercial Sales Operations team with PeopleSoft contract set up.
