We are currently working with a federal client located overseas who is looking to hire a SAP Onsite Support Specialist to join their team. This project is for 12 months with the huge possibility for extension. You will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the SAP solution to over 200 geographic sites and 79,000 users around the world. Deployment is staggered across 10+ waves of approximately 20 different geographic sites and 5000 users per wave. THIS POSITION IS BASED IN THE MIDDLE EAST In this role you will: Learn the SAP solution process areas and apply this knowledge to answer/facilitate end-users use of the solution. Support the deployment of the SAP Solution on a secured federal government project. Assist site Lead to determine day to day activities and provide necessary status to site Lead. Identify system issues and manage/resolve end-user issues and concerns in a fast paced environment. Role also requires solving complex process issues, identifying gaps in process and providing solutions to resolve. Operate independently to assist end users with the use of SAP modules. Critical thinking required. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate defined solutions to new users.
